No NOC for Repaired Electrical/Electronic Assemblies
No NOC is required for repaired electrical/electronic assemblies exported for repair and re-imported. However, a CE certificate is essential before export to satisfy Customs that the assembly was sent for repair and not sold abroad.

MOEF Notification dated 20.01.2016 states that no NOC is required for repaired electrical/electronic assemblies exported for repair abroad and re-imported after repairs.
